The Minnesota & Dakota Districts have both approved merger of the administrative units. Both District Assemblies voted overwhelmingly (near 90%) for the combination. Now, what’s this new district to be called? Turns out we have to vote on a name at next year's District Assembly before it becomes official.

• Joshua, Ashley & Charlotte Vance – Pastor Josh was installed at Southwest Community Church on October 11, 2009.
• A third Hispanic work is starting in Winona. This is in addition to our work in Brooklyn Center and St. Paul First.

Congratulations

• Rev. Larry & Jean Harshman are taking a sabbatical and have moved to Litchfield.
• Rev. Chuck & Jean Chaffin have retired and will live in Bertha.
• Rev. Ron & Karen Groninger have accepted the invitation to continue at Bridgepointe for another year.
